Sue Ballard

Biography

After many years working in the education sector as a teacher and leader in the US, China and Hong Kong, Sue shifted to supporting individuals and teams with her coaching practice.

Sue believes that transformation starts when individuals are given a deeply safe and supportive space centred around curiosity, wonder and courage. Exploring new ideas and perspectives and challenging her clients to step out of their comfort zone comes naturally to her. Her quest for adventure comes through in her coaching.

She is a compassionate person who understands the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence. She works with her clients to build strong relationships and foster a culture of trust and respect, allowing them to lead with confidence and authenticity.

While Sue’s coaching sessions are focused and deep, she also believes that fun and play, embodiment, and visualisation are integral in creating growth. She encourages her clients to take the time to reflect on their experiences, values, and goals, and to create space in their live’s to explore new and innovative ways of thinking about their leadership and personal development, while at the same time taking actionable steps.

When not coaching you’ll find Sue spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, enjoying paddle boarding, surfing and anything ocean related, hiking the trails in Hong Kong, and exploring neuroscience and poetry.
