Accreditation
MSB’s Accreditation Programme is designed to deepen your coaching practice and philosophy with guidance from the MSB Philosophy and Regenerative Principles. We work with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and are proud to be an ICF Accredited Level 1 Provider.
Course Overview
12 months
Module 1: The Coaching Playground
We dive into peer coaching, with a mindset of playfulness and creativity. We offer feedback generously, supporting each other to take risks and experiment.
Module 2: The Coaching Partnership Over Time
Learn about the essential structures that support a coaching partnership over time, focussing on coaching ethics as a guide for how we begin, explore and end well.
Module 3: Group Coaching Facilitation
Group coaching is a powerful process where a thinker is supported by people offering a range of perspectives. Learn to hold this process with courage and care.
Module 4: Mentor Coaching
An essential requirement for your ACC Credential, you will sit in the seats of coach, thinker and observer and reflect intentionally alongside the ICF Core Competencies. You complete three one to one sessions.
Module 5: Introduction to Supervision
We are advocates for coaching supervision, a collaborative process of reflection, criticality and deepening self-awareness. We practice group supervision as a taster of the process.
Module 6: Approaching the ICF exam
A hands-on workshop to prepare you for the ACC credential exam. We discuss the scope and logistics of what to expect so that you feel clear and prepared enough to pass.
Community and Connection
We offer three community sessions led by you – offering connection and dialogue. We will support each other to find thinkers to work with, share resources and discuss anything else that arises.
One to one Support
For deeper inquiries, you are invited to schedule three one to one conversations with your Facilitators.
Outcomes:
Complete the requirements for your application to become an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
