Accreditation is the milestone that further deepens your practice as a coach. With MSB’s support, you’ll complete the requirements to become an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – a globally recognised standard.

Accreditation is where your learning becomes professional practice, opening extraordinary new possibilities for your leadership and career.

Who it’s for

Story graduates ready to formalise their learning and step into professional, coaching standards.

What it includes

60 hours of coach education (Prologue + Story + Accreditation)

100 logged coaching hours

10 hours of mentor coaching with PCC-accredited mentor-coaches

A performance evaluation with transcript and feedback

Preparation for the ICF credentialing exam

Course Overview

18 months

1. Coach Education

47 hours

Through Prologue and Story, you have 47 hours of Coach Education.

You will complete a further 40 hours through our accreditation pathway.

2. Coaching Hours

100 hours

You will need 100 coaching hours. You can begin logging these hours after Part One of Story.

3. Mentor Coaching

In Story, you have completed 4 hours of Group Mentor Coaching.

You will top up to ten hours, including 3 x 1:1 sessions with an MSB Mentor.

The ideal time to begin mentor coaching is when you have 40-50 hours in your coaching log

4. Performance Evaluation

We support you to select a coaching recording and transcript that meets the ICF ACC standards.

5. ICF Exam

A computer-based exam based on your knowledge of the ICF core competencies and code of ethics

Outcomes:

Complete the requirements for your application to become an ICF Associate Certified Coach.

Deeper confidence and competence as a practicing coach

Membership in MSB’s global community of practice
