Olivia Graham

Biography

Olivia believes that the most effective leaders are those who are self-aware and understand the impact they have on others. As an executive coach and business psychologist, she helps professionals increase their influence, navigate complexity and lead with greater confidence, enabling individuals and teams to perform at their best. Her work supports clients in achieving personal fulfilment and sustainable success, while staying true to their values and mindful of how their decisions affect others beyond immediate organisational goals.

Her coaching blends warmth, humour and thoughtful challenge, creating space for honest conversations, fresh perspectives and unexpected insights. Many describe their sessions as life changing, often in ways they hadn’t foreseen.

Fortunate to live in central London, Olivia makes the most of its rich cultural life, particularly live classical music. When not attending concerts, she enjoys exploring YouTube in search of lesser-known late Baroque composers. Relaxation comes from pottering among the pots in her small vertical garden, which has been known to win awards. Above all, she treasures time with her two grandchildren, who bring energy and fun, together with the occasional timely reminder that life isn’t always about leadership.
