With over 20 years of work experience across five different industries, playing multiple leadership roles in multinational corporations as well as her own business venture, Molly brings a broad range of life and work perspectives and change courage to her coaching.
Molly believes that transformation or breakthroughs only make possible by a trusting and supportive coaching relationship. She values authenticity and connects with her clients on a deep level. Molly has the gift of intuition and listens beyond words. She is also curious, creative and playful in her coaching sessions. Molly can coach in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
When Molly is not coaching, you can often find her busy exploring different aspects of life. Her recent passion is cooking, food photography and music. She is also a nature lover and lives by nature now.
