Lina Lo

Biography

Lina coaches in the intersection of transitions, belonging, and purpose. She believes through transitions in life, we rethink our purpose and regenerate our belonging.

Lina has lived in five countries, on three continents, and is passionate about clarity in the midst of uncertainty. Lina coaches leaders in global transitions, who are excited about learning about themselves, to be more resilient and agile, and at the same time empathetic and mindful in a rapidly evolving world.

Lina used to be a NASA scientist focusing on the role of the ocean in global climate change. She was a research scientist, management consultant, Ph.D. student while working full-time, and has been working in the international development space with The World Bank since 2002, spanning multiple sectors and countries, building trust amidst uncertainty through supporting implementation of governments’ reform projects while measuring results and impacts in the Global South.
