Faten El Ayache is a Professional Certified executive Coach (PCC), positive psychology practitioner, coach
trainer, mentor, TEDx Speaker, NLP practitioner, a soft skills trainer, a career development facilitator, and
pharmacist. Faten is also the Managing Partner at Brightfields HR Services in UAE and Qatar.
She conducts her coaching in private one-on-one sessions as well as group workshops and seminars to drive behavioral and transformational changes in her clients and their organisations.
Faten had resided in Qatar for 17 years before relocating to UAE, Dubai with her husband and two children in 2022. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the region’s dynamics. She is committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives and she is very passionate about what she does.
Faten’s life purpose is to enable individuals see their light & trust themselves through self-love and self-belief. Her mission is to create positive workplaces through coaching conversations, empowering 10,000 leaders by 2030.
