Biography

Amy believes in the transformative and healing nature of supportive and positive relationships. In her lively and friendly approach she enables change through intuitive challenge. Her experience as a senior leader in nursery, primary and special schools allows her to champion individuals in a compassionate way.

As a working Principal Amy understands the current pressures faced by educationalists. Her experience of working with children from 3-16, in both mainstream and special schools, has given her an understanding of how to achieve good practice in even the most complex schools.

When Amy is not championing the children in her school, or passionately coaching, she spends quality time with her family hunting down the perfect pancake! Many have been sampled.

She believes that ‘laughter is a sunbeam of the soul.’
