Jocelyn Goh

Biography

Jocelyn has close to 30 years of international
business experience in five countries in APAC and
EU. She has led diverse teams and organizations
globally in IKEA and APPLE and co-founded three
personal business ventures. Before being a full-time
coach, she has held significant roles such as
Managing Director in SEA region and Deputy CEO
in UK & IE.

Being an Executive Leadership and Team Coach,
she helps her coachees enhance their leadership
effectiveness, drive personal and team
performance, design compelling future for their
careers and lives and drive positive change.
Passionate about empowering women in
leadership, she is also a founding coach with
Women of the World Coaching (WOW coaching )
group.

Her invaluable insights into the complexities of
managing diverse teams, driving organizational
growth, and achieving exceptional results, have
given her an edge as a leadership and team coach
for corporate leaders, professionals and
entrepreneurs. They find her coaching ‘thought-
provoking, liberating and insightful’ and are inspired
by her intuitive nature and positive energy.

architecture, industrial, retail, consultancy.

She speaks English, Swedish and Mandarin and a
few Chinese dialects.

Jocelyn is an ICF-accredited PCC coach, a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), an ORSC-trained team coach and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile for individual and collective leadership, including C-Me Colour Profiling psychometric and behavioural tool.
