Kathryn’s goal is to elevate others and support school leaders in being confident and highly capable in their work. Having taught in a wide range of schools across four continents, she has an excellent understanding of the pressures and privileges of different settings and roles. Kathryn believes that strong, positive relationships are at the heart of excellent school leadership. Her empathetic approach and challenging questions encourage leaders to consider new perspectives and find creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable problems. Kathryn continues to be an enthusiastic student and a voracious reader. She lives in Singapore, where she enjoys playing mahjong, travelling and learning about wine
