Antonia Lewis-Iley

Biography

Antonia is a business psychologist (Associate Fellow of the British Psychological and Hong Kong Psychological Societies, and Registered Psychologist with the HCPC) with a deep interest in supporting the growth of individuals in the workplace. She has spent the majority of her career working internationally and is passionate about partnering with individuals to support them in achieving their full potential.

Pragmatic, supportive and inquisitive, her own experiences navigating life as both an adult expatriate and a ‘third culture kid’ have given her a personal, as well as professional, perspective on the complexities associated with global roles.

In addition to coaching, she supports leaders through a range of leadership and development interventions.

Outside of work, she continues in her goal of having travelled to more countries than her age and renovating her beach shack on Kangaroo Island.
