Catalyst is for those ready to lead cultural transformation in their schools. It equips you to co-facilitate Prologue, advocate for coaching, and integrate coaching into leadership practices. Catalyst graduates become role models for extraordinary culture, and living proof of what coaching can do.
Why Catalyst?
Catalyst is a pathway to learning the ‘MSB Way’ of facilitation: how to stay grounded in coach-like presence, not offering the answers, but guiding the group to reach their own. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the MSB Philosophy and Principles, both the theory and what this looks like in practice. Participants become role models, extraordinary facilitators, and champions for a coaching culture that belongs to everyone.

Programme Design
20 hours (14 live + 6 self-study), supported by peer groups, faculty input, and access to MSB’s global network
Online and face to face
Our Catalyst programmes are a blend of online preparation and reflection within a global cohort, and live facilitation of Prologue in your school.
Prepare to Facilitate
Prepare to facilitate in the MSB way in two online sessions with your cohort and MSB Guides
Facilitate Live
Back in your school, facilitate Prologue face to face with a group of participants. Be supported by an MSB guide.
Reflect and Grow
Come back together with your cohort to reflect on your experience and learning.
