Prologue: It’s more than training: it’s a shift in how you show up, listen, and create the conditions for others to flourish.
Our 2 day Prologue course is the first step in mindful and coach-like leadership, ideal for leaders who wish to build self-awareness, listening skills and connection with their team.
We are partnering with Stephanie Fedorowicz at The British School Beijing and her team as they have offered to host this course for their staff and staff from other schools who wish to come. Usually we ask for a minimum of 10 participants but this open format allows schools to send as many or as few people as they wish.
We'll be holding the 10 hour training over Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April at a cost of £750 per person. There are only 20 spaces available.
