What do you mean by Level 1 or ACC (Accredited Certified Coach)?
Level 1 is the first level of coach accreditation within the International Coaching Federation.
It is also referred to as ACC. This is the minimum level of accreditation that Coaches need to have in order to be Associates at MSB.
What are Coaching Classroom sessions?
Offered early in the programme, our 4 Coaching Classroom sessions are a place to practice, try stuff out, get informal feedback and observe the coaching process as it unfolds.
What are Cohort Community sessions?
We meet together three times over the programme to check in, offer guidance and support one another.
What is Mentor Coaching?
Mentor Coaching consists of reflecting on an observed or recorded coaching session with a Mentor Coach. This is done in a group or one-to-one setting.
What is Live Training?
Live Training is either in person or on Zoom with your MSB Facilitators.
What is Pre-recorded Training?
We also offer Pre-recorded Training to watch before your sessions. You can watch them as many times as you like.
What is Group Coaching Facilitation?
Group Coaching Facilitation Group coaching is ‘one to many’ coaching. You learn to facilitate a thinking process for a group – a powerful way of embedding a coaching culture.
What do you mean by written / audio reflection?
For any pre-recorded training we ask for a short written or audio reflection.
We will give you headings and questions to support you with this.
For example, as you watch the videos to support the Group Coaching Training, reflect by asking:
– What’s my freshest thinking now?
– What difference will this make to my practice?
– What questions do I have now?
– What am I committing to?
Once you have completed these reflections, we can confirm you have completed your coach education hours.
