Aims of the course

What does it really mean to involve students in your school? Does your current student leadership model really deliver what you want? This course will allow participants to develop their understanding of the possible models of student engagement and consider ways in which student voice might become really meaningfully embedded and sustainably effective.

  • To consider where you school is currently placed when it comes to student voice.
  • To develop participants understanding of the benefits of developing student voice.
  • A range of examples of different models of  student voice and their effectiveness.
  • To develop an action plan for the review and implementation of student voice activities in your school
