Aims of the course

To consider both the ways in which participants might move from Middle Leadership to Senior Leadership, consider the challenges of doing so and provide a range of strategies that will support this process.

Delegates will feel enthused and well equipped in making the transition from Middle to Senior Leadership.

  • An audit of skills and attributes in order to identify areas to develop.
