Difficult Conversations: The right mindset, the right words and the right actions

Aims of the course

To equip delegates with the skills to deal with conflict assertively and effectively. Attendees will feel empowered to handle challenging individuals or circumstances and will enable them to coach others in the workplace.

Intended outcomes of the course

Delegates will be able to deal with scenarios that may ordinarily have been left to escalate therefore supporting the effective running of an organization. A bank of strategies will be provided along with a course booklet to refer to.
