How does it work?

The usual route to embedding a coaching culture with us is 3-fold. Organisations start by putting all staff involved in coaching (regardless of whether or not they will be coaches) through Universal. This ensures everyone in the organisation has an awareness and openness to coaching and being coached.

After these we work with an identified group of staff and deliver Team. This allows us to upskill a group of colleagues with coaching skills, as well as work towards a specific foci as identified by the organisation. For example: leadership, well-being or learning.

We then work with your organisation to ensure that coaching becomes truly embedded by developing Leader. These are key individuals in the organisation who will drive the coaching forward, as well as receive coaching support as they embed it into the organisation.
